If at PAGES, you get the modern french fin-dining experience, at 116 , we've imagined something more casual, where friends, families, and colleagues, could come and share delicious plates. Here you can nibble on authentic Izakaya style dishes with a Parisian twist.

Our Menu

116 reunites 2 different concepts between lunch and dinner :

For lunch we offer daily suggestions for our hard workers in the neighborhood: Donburi style bowls with rice, salad, and a garnish to chose from a variety that changes every day; for example : Tonkatsu (fried porc with japanese panko), Beef soboro ( miced beef coooked in our umami sauce), our famous tuna tartare, and kara-agué (like an escabèche of fried chicken soaked in our home made Japanese dressing). Wagyu Burger is always on the menu as well, with our 116 original chunky fried potatoes

For dinner, Izakaya style dishes to share, just like tapas; with seasonal vegetables and a selection of dry aged meat.

Organizing a party?
Birthdays, Wedding anniversaries, baptism celebrations, closing ceremonies, graduations, school get-togethers... You name it. You can rent the entire restaurant for yourselves OR reserve half the space (seated only, up to 20 guests).

116 has a capacity of 50 standing guests for cocktail parties and 35 seated dining parties.

Seated meal for 10 guests or more : A set menu and beverages will be pre-selected before your event. from 100€/pers (food and drinks; VAT included)

Standing buffet style /cocktail party : from 20 guests or more, we will select the menu together according to your taste, small finger food, beer, wine, soft drinks are available upon request prior to the event.

Ryuji Teshima

Chef Ryuji TESHIMA (AKA “Teshi”)

At age 19, he has his first culinary experience with French cuisine at a restaurant at his hometown in Kumamoto, Japan. His interest towards wine grows and obtains the Sommelier Certificate in Japan at age 23. Moves to France at age 26 and starts his first apprenticeship at Restaurant Les Berceaux in Epernay, then at Restaurant Lucas Carton (3 Michelin Stars at the time). He works as chef in several restaurants in Paris to acquire as many experiences and techniques as possible, at the same time observing the Parisian food scenes.

July 2014, Teshi opened his first Restaurant with his wife Naoko, former Pastry Chef. PAGES, to be able to tell a story of his restaurant(s), his team, his producers, and everything involved in creating his universe.
In 2015, a second chapter is created with the opening of 116, a wine bar / Izakaya next door.
